TWIGHLIGHT SHIFT – 2PM – 1AM – MONDAY- THURSDAY ( OVERTIME AVILABLE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY IF REQUIRED/WANTED)
Advantage Group are partnered with a modular housing manufacturer based in Coventry.
They are experiencing large growth and as a result are looking for people to join their production team in their new factory in Coventry.
This is a permanent role offering genuine stability , training and career growth.

The main purpose of the job is to provide labour and support on the factory floor in the production of modular housing units
Conducting manual work relative to the modular units and preparation of the factory ahead of planned production
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
* Various preparation tasks for modular completion such as collection of tools and equipment from Stores
* Support with the steel assembly where required and once trained in this aspect of the build
* Preparation of factory ahead of planned building work by ensuring work areas are cleared
* Conducting manual work relative to work required for the modular units
* Unloading building materials from trucks when they are delivered to the factory
* Installation of insulation and membrane materials for the modular units
* Supporting Multi-Skilled Operatives with various tasks in the factory
* Drilling and fixing of fasteners
* General housekeeping and clearing of areas to ensure that the factory floor is free of hazards
* Practice safety and have awareness of Health & Safety regulations
Due to the nature of this role you will need to be physically fit , able to multi task and work to production targets
