This is initially a 6 week contract to cover sickness , however there is a genuine opportunity for this contract to be ongoing/become permanent for the right person.
Supporting the accountancy function within this busy company who who supply office equipment, you will be supporting all aspects of credit control.
They are about to go live with a new automated system , Zoho , and as a result anticipate there potentially may be some initial queries and " bedding in" whilst the company adjusts, therefore you will need to be comfortable speaking on the phone to clients , assisting with queries and offering support.
You will also be responsible for chasing debtors and ensuring the credit control reporting is up to date.
What you'll need to succeed: •
Good IT skills, including excel.
You must possess good decision-making, analytical thinking, relationship management multitasking and communication skills.
It is also required that you are comfortable working with data, producing detailed and accurate work, and your ability to interpret the information that is provided to you in a timely manner
This is a lovely company where people "muck in" and assist each other , therefore whilst this is a credit control role there will be an expectation to assist with other commercial support functions if required
