Advantage are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Development Executive for one of our distribution clients, based in the Leeds area.
This is a temporary role which will lead to a permanent role after 12 weeks, for the right candidate.
Duties
* Answering calls to deal with customer orders and enquiries
* Developing relationships with an existing client base
* Growing new business
* Contacting lapsed accounts and ensuring the database of clients is kept clean and updated.
* General office admin roles are also expected of all the team including filing, providing refreshments and greeting visitors.
This is not a cold calling environment as all leads are "warm" as a minimum.
The Candidate
* Previous experience of dealing with customers over the phone
* Have a friendly telephone manner
* Be able to work as part of a team or on their own.
* Hardworking and reliable with a "can do" attitude and who would love to be part of an expanding team.
Hours & benefits
* Salary between £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
* Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm (30 minute lunch break)
* 20 plus bank holidays (3 holidays to be taken between Christmas and New Year when the company is closed)
