Key Account Manager On Premise (London)

Our client a leading innovative spirit’s company are looking for two On Premise Key Account Managers within London. This role is home based in easy reach of London city with extensive customer travel. Support the business strategy to grow the brand portfolio in the On-Premise channel by driving distribution, visibility and activation programmes within London based Premium independent influencer Bars, Restaurants, Hotels and Clubs, bringing the brands to life in the channel.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a core number of agreed accounts within the territory to deliver the On Premise Premium brand plans and activation programs within the Premium & influencer customer base. Examples of activation, perfect serve, sampling, serve development, tailored competitions, menu presence and permanent unique brand visibility across these key outlets.
* Achieve core role KPI’s against Distribution, Visibility and Activation
* Create and implement profitable commercial agreements with key customers securing DVA to deliver volume growth in line with agreed budgets.
* Record relevant outlet information and share improvements as part of monthly reporting and tracking, and via Caterlyst system.
* Network with key RTM sales teams to secure listings, support, and identify new customers. Support and encourage PUK Premium brand development and loyalty.
* Identify new brand/outlet opportunities to enable targeting of the right consumers through networking and influencing, in key On Premise outlets and Bartender groups via social media.
* Effectively plan and manage the working day to ensure coverage is achieved at key trading times of customers. This will involve evening work and a requirement to live on a territory’s core post code region.
* Build and maintain an Account Plan across the designated territory (London).- split between Hotels / Bars / Restaurants / Clubs / Groups in agreement with the RSM for London.
* Take ownership of the territory to become the business expert or lead for any future brand projects, including new trends across the sub channel.
* Support the development of the company strategy across identified accounts and delivery of ranging and visibility solutions appropriate to an opinion leading / Premium account base across the On Premise supported by the London On Premise Activation Exec.

* Commercial acumen – able to prepare a solid portfolio proposal understanding customer requirement (GM%) , RSP / NSV target for PUK
Knowledge and Experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Demonstrated commercial knowledge.
* Good knowledge of the Premium spirits market within the London On Trade channel.
* Understanding and passion for the London on-trade and how it works.
* Competent in using a computer.
* Ability to write reports and prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentation.

* Prepared to travel on business on regular basis to engage with customer located in London, including evening events and customer functions
