This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and help it grow further. They’re looking for an experienced and responsible Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration in their Operations team, particularly supporting with the acquisition and integration of their new offices.
The Operations Administrator will report to their operations Manager.
Brief Job Description
* Being the first point of contact for day-to-day queries
* Keeping documents and reports up to date
* Data entry and maintenance of internal systems
* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels.
* Managing travel arrangements/appointments for the team
* Using your own initiative to resolve issues
Salary: 23k – 27k
