Position: Senior Personal Care Assistant
Location: Beautiful countryside near Alcester, Warwickshire
Roles: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
Salary: 25,000 to 33,000 per annum
About Us:
Our purpose-built, single-level country home was completed in 2022 and is nestled in the scenic countryside of rural Warwickshire. Home to two young ladies with PMLD/LD, it offers a small, personalised care setting—not a facility. Our vibrant site also features accessible/adapted holiday cottages and a variety of animals, creating a truly enriching environment.

Provide high-quality, personalised care to two sociable young ladies

Work a flexible rota over a 7-day period, including weekends and sleep-in nights (with beds provided)
