Our client is an inspirational charity who support women's health , domestic abuse victims and people experiencing cancer.

They are looking for a part time ( 21 hours a week) Data Entry Administrator to join their inspirational team.

This is a great opportunity to work for an amazing charity who are doing a lot of good to help people.

Ideally you will drive and have access to your own vehicle as travelling to other sites may be required as part of the role.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE

Essential

1. Good knowledge and confidence with information technology and word processing in particular Microsoft Apps.

SKILLS

Essential

Good level of communication skills with a good command of both written and spoken English and the ability to interact with a range of agencies and individuals

Good administrative skills with the ability to use initiative to organise and prioritise own workload

Good level of literacy and numeracy skills

Must be physically mobile as job entails working across sites, which have stairs and no lifts.

Confident and polite telephone manner

Ability to work flexibly in a small team whilst being able to work effectively and on own initiative.

MAIN DUTIES

To work in a small team to collect, enter and extract data to that shows how we achieve outputs, outcomes and impact against our theory of change.

To be flexible to provide cover for colleagues where necessary across the working week.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

Work with HO Business to set up and implement systems for data collection, recording and extraction.

Support colleagues to provide accurate data across all areas of the organisation.

Prepare, produce, and keep all systems, procedures, forms and information up to date.

Maintain data across the organisation for quarterly reporting.

Understand and set up data collection processes against funding bids outputs and outcomes.

Provide accurate information for reports to funders, donors and legal requirements.

RECEPTION DUTIES

Answer the telephone and take accurate messages and complete necessary forms regarding prospective service users

Receive visitors to the organisation and ensure compliance with entry, and health and safety procedures

Accompany workers and utility inspectors at company properties as and when necessary.

MISCELLANEOUS ACTIVITIES

Cover helpline during staff holidays when required

Support volunteers working within the admin department

Support HO Business with ad-hoc tasks

Comply with data protection legislation, confidentiality and information sharing policy and procedures, and all legislation connected to the work

Keep and maintain records, both electronic and paper based, as appropriate and provide written reports where required

Assist in the daily running and security of the service

Attend and contribute regularly to team development days, staff meetings, supervision and other team events

Cover staff holidays and sickness where required

Undertake further training opportunities as appropriate

Undertake any other duties as reasonably required by trustees or managers from time to time
