Advantage are currently recruiting for several Warehouse Operatives to join one of our clients based in the Northampton area, who are suppliers of kitchen and bathroom materials & tools.
The roles are temporary which will lead to a permanent role for the right candidate, after 16 weeks.
There is also opportunity to go straight permanent for the right candidate.
Job role
* Quickly and accurately packing customers’ orders
* Picking Click & Collect orders and dealing with retail/trade customers
* Stock control
* Role does include some heavy lifting and working at height

* Enthusiastic and confident
* Forklift licenses are preferred, although not essential as training can be provided

Hours
Start and finish times detailed below, flexibility would be preferred.
* Monday – Friday 10:00am – 19:00pm (Lunch break of 45 mins)
* Overtime available Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm.
* Occasional overtime available before and after shifts – dependant on order volumes.
* Minimum 1 in 4 Saturdays to be worked
